Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product/s you must inform us within 48 hours of your receipt of the goods and we will exchange items or refund if they are faulty on delivery to you. All products are checked before they are dispached so please check them on arrival to you. Any faulty products must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Delivery Information

All orders placed are normally despatched within 2 working days, unless there is a problem with your order then we will inform you via email with dates.  Please note special product requests may take longer as not a stock item.

Postage and Packing

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £2.95 for all orders under £50.00.  Orders over £50.00 will be free of charge.  Delivery charges stated are for UK shipping. If you are outside the UK please contact us for pricing before placing your order.
